Pasta Salad With Feta, Olives And Roasted Red Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz penne pasta
7 oz roasted red peppers, chopped
5.5 oz black olives
7 oz marinated feta cheese, crumbled, 1/4 cup oil reserved
3.5 oz mixed Asian greens
1 None red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
Toss cooled pasta with pepper, olives, feta, mixed greens, onion and pine nuts.
Whisk together reserved oil and red wine vinegar. Toss with pasta salad just before serving.
