Cherry And Lime Marshmallows - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup powdered sugar + 1/2 tbsp
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp powdered gelatin
7 tsp cherry juice
7 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Preparation

Grease a 3 1/2 x 5 inch baking pan with oil then mix 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar with the cornstarch and dust the tray. Bloom 1 1/2 tsp gelatin in the cherry juice and 1/2 tsp gelatin in the lime juice. Bring the cherry juice to a boil then whisk in 1/2 the remaining powdered sugar. Transfer the cherry sugar mixture to the tray and smooth.
Bring the lime gelatin to a boil and mix in the remaining powdered sugar. Spread over the cherry marshmallow, smooth and top with coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into cubes with an oiled knife.
