Date Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg whites
    1 pinch salt
    1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    10 oz dried dates, pitted and finely diced
    50 None rice paper crackers
    3 oz candied orange peel
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. For the macaroon mixture, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar and lemon juice, while continuing to beat 3 more mins. Stir in the dates.
    Lay the crackers on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spoon 2 tsp macaroon mixture onto each cracker. Sprinkle with the candied orange peel. Bake the sheets individually for about 25 mins each. Cool the macaroons on a wire rack for 20 mins and dust with cinnamon to serve.
