Grilled Ham Caprese Panini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small loaf white bread, unsliced
    1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
    4 oz thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
    5 oz thinly sliced ham
    1/2 cup basil leaves
    2 None plum tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Using a serrated knife, remove crusts from bread. Cut bread horizontally into 4 equal slices.
    For each panini, brush a slice of bread with 2 tsp oil. Place bread, oil side down, on a flat surface. Layer with 1/2 each of the mozzarella, ham, basil and tomato. Top with a slice of the remaining bread. Brush top of bread with 2 tsp oil. Repeat to make another panini.
    Preheat a grill pan on medium heat. Brush with remaining oil. Pan grill the sandwiches, in batches, pressing down slightly with a spatula, 3 mins on each side, or until golden and heated through. Cut each panini into 3 pieces.
