Bucatini With Moroccan Lamb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb ground lamb
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
    1 None zucchini, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
    13 oz bucatini pasta or spaghetti
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add ground lamb; cook, stirring, until browned. Add spices; cook, stirring, until fragrant.
    Stir in tomato paste, undrained tomatoes and zucchini; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, about 15 mins or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in mint.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. Serve pasta topped with sauce.
