Asian Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz ground chicken
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro, plus additional leaves, to serve
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    4 None long bread rolls, halved and toasted
    4 None Chinese cabbage leaves, torn
    1 None cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
    1 None carrot, grated
    None None FOR THE CHILI MAYONNAISE
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground chicken, chopped cilantro, green onion, fish sauce, egg, sugar and garlic in a large bowl. Season to taste and mix well.
    Shape mixture into 12 even-sized patties. Place on a tray. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Heat an oiled grill pan or large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 mins each side, until golden and cooked through. Keep warm.
    For the chili mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in a small bowl.
    Spread a little chili mayonnaise on the bottom of each roll. Top evenly with cabbage, 3 patties, cucumber, carrot and additional cilantro leaves. Dollop a little additional mayonnaise on top, if desired. Finish with remaining half of roll.
