Individual Strawberry Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None sheets frozen pie dough, thawed
1 cup cream cheese, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped until soft peaks form
2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tbsp brandy
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 pieces. Ease into 3 inch individual tart pans, trimming edges.
Line dough with parchment paper and fill with baking weights, dried beans or rice. Blind bake for 10 minutes. Remove paper and weights and return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0F.
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped cream.
Divide filling among the tarts. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until firm. Cool.
Arrange strawberry halves on top of filling. Warm strawberry jam and brandy in a small saucepan. Brush over strawberries to glaze, then transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
