2 None skinless salmon fillets (5 oz each)
3 tbsp mirin or sweet sherry
    3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp sesame seeds

    6 oz linguine pasta
    1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1 medium red chili pepper, seeded
1 None lime, peel grated and lime juiced

For the salmon, place the salmon in a shallow dish. Whisk mirin, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and seeds in small bowl. Pour over the fish. Refrigerate 15 mins to marinate.
Meanwhile, for the cilantro pesto linguine, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Process the hazelnuts, garlic, cilantro, chili pepper, and lime peel and juice in a food processor. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil to form a paste.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place salmon on a foil-lined grill pan. Grill for 6-7 mins, brushing once with marinade, until cooked through.
Drain pasta and return to pan. Add cilantro pesto; season and toss to coat. Divide among 2 plates. Place the salmon on top and serve.
