Lamb, Green Bean And Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 1/2 lb lamb, cut into strips
    7 oz green beans, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
    2 None red peppers, deseeded, cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 cup oyster sauce
    3 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
    None None steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Working in batches, stir-fry lamb for 2 mins, until browned. Set aside. Add remaining oil and stir-fry green beans, peppers and garlic for 6 mins, until browned and just tender. Return lamb to wok along with oyster sauce and mint.
    Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
