Indian Vegetable Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 cups chickpea flour
    2 None large carrots, grated
    1 None large onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz frozen peas
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp garam masala
    1/4 tsp ground turmeric
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
    None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
    None None yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Combine chickpea flour, carrots, onion, peas, garlic, spices, baking powder, cilantro and 1/4 cup water. Season.
    Heat oil in a wok. Deep-fry level tablespoons of vegetable mixture, in batches, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve with yogurt.
