Quattro Formaggi Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 cup finely grated pecorino cheese
1/2 cup finely grated Fontina cheese
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add cream; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 5 mins or until mixture reduces by half.
Remove pan from heat. Gradually add cheeses, stirring until sauce is almost smooth. Serve sauce with gnocchi or pasta.
