Shrimp And Feta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/4 lb raw shrimp, peeled, tails intact
3.5 oz baby spinach
1 None red onion, thinly sliced
9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp finely shredded fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp finely shredded fresh basil leaves
3.5 oz feta cheese, roughly chopped
Preparation

Preheat grill. Combine 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, garlic, pepper and shrimp in a large bowl. Grill shrimp until browned and just cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine remaining lemon juice and honey.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl. Add shrimp and drizzle with dressing. Season to taste.
