Champagne Fruit Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
5 None kiwi, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 None star fruit, sliced
100 ml white rum
1 wedge lemon
75 g desiccated coconut
1.5 litres dry champagne
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the fruit and rum and let stand for 30 minutes.
Wipe a slice of lemon around the edge of the punch bowl and sprinkle with coconut. Fill with champagne and ice cubes and serve.
