Crunchy Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 None red cabbage, core removed, finely shredded
2 None carrots, coarsely grated
1 None green pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 None red pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 None red onion, finely chopped
None None Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for coleslaw. Season and chill until required.
For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Season. Drizzle over coleslaw and toss to combine.
