Black Bottom Fruit And Nut Cereal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Cooking spray
    7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    2 3/4 cup corn flakes
    2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
    3 1/2 oz packet candied cherries, halved
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/4 cup dried currants
    1 tbsp candied orange or lemon peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a rectangular 11-by-7-inch pan with foil and spray lightly with oil.
    Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water (or in microwave). Spread in prepared pan. Chill until set.
    Combine all remaining ingredients, ensuring they are all coated with the condensed milk.
    Spread evenly over chocolate base. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden. Cool before cutting into triangles.
