Savory Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

1 None baguette, sliced
None None Pesto sauce
8 None eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped mixed antipasto vegetables
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Spread prepared pesto sauce over 1 side of each slice of bread. Arrange 1/2 the slices, pesto side up, in 4 ramekins or 1 large casserole dish.
Sprinkle with chopped mixed antipasto vegetables.
Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl and season. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture over bread, pressing down gently. Top with remaining slices of bread, pesto side down. Pour remaining egg mixture over top, pressing down to ensure bread is well soaked. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place ramekins in a baking pan. Pour enough hot water into pan to come halfway up sides of ramekins.
Bake for 15-20 mins (35-40 mins if using a casserole).
