Half & Half Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tsp (one package) active dry yeast
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 pinch sugar
    4-5 tbsp oil
    1 14-oz can chopped tomatoes with Italian herbs
    1-2 tbsp dried oregano
    1 None medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp paprika
    1/4 lb (4 oz) Spanish (cured) chorizo, sliced
    2-3 None spring onions, cut into rings
    1 4-oz can diced green chilies, drained
    1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
    1/4 lb (4 oz) cooked ham
    2 8-oz cans pineapple rings,drained
    3 1/2 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Sift the flour into a bowl with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Combine the yeast with the flour and the oil, and mix using your hands or in a food processor with a dough hook attachment until the dough is smooth and shiny. Put the dough in a bowl, cover, and leave to prove in a warm place for about 20 mins.
    Knead the dough again, then roll it out on a floured work surface to create a 10 x 15 inch rectangular pizza base. Cover the dough again and leave for 20 mins.
    For the toppings, mix the tomatoes with the oregano, onion and paprika in a bowl and season, then spread the mixture over the dough. Next, on one half of the pizza distribute the chorizo slices, spring onions and chilies, then top with dollops of sour cream. On the other half, distribute the ham, pineapple and mushrooms. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the whole pizza. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0F for 20-25 mins. Garnish with a little oregano if desired and serve hot.
