Chilled Apple Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None small apples, quartered, cored and sliced
1 None lemon, sliced
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups apple juice
4 cups ginger ale
1 - 750ml bottle dry sparkling wine
Preparation

Place apples in a large punch bowl with lemon slices and lemon juice. Add apple juice then fill with ice. To serve, top with ginger ale and sparkling wine.
