Broccolini, Brown Rice And Macadamia Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup brown rice
    12 oz broccolini, trimmed
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 None fresh long red chili peppers, thinly sliced
    1 None red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 cup macadamias, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Cool.
    Cut broccolini stems in half lengthwise, then in half crosswise
    Heat vegetable oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry garlic, onion, chili pepper and pepper 1 min. Add sesame oil, broccolini and rice; stir-fry 1 min. Add soy sauce and 2 tbsp water; stir-fry about 2 mins or until broccolini is tender. Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
