Fried Egg Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    None None Butter for spreading
    2 tbsp oil
    4 None eggs
    4 slices Cheddar cheese
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    None None Tomato sauce or sweet chili sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Toast bread then spread with butter. Set aside.
    Heat oil a large skillet on medium heat. Crack eggs into the pan and fry 2-4 mins, until whites are just set. For softer yolks, leave eggs \"sunny side up\". For firmer eggs, break yolk with spatula and cook on both sides.
    Top 4 slices toast with a cheese slice and tomato slices. Lift eggs from pan one at a time and slide on top of tomato. Sandwich with remaining slices of toast or serve open, with tomato or sweet chili sauce.
