Apple Raisin Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup, plus 2 tbsp organic rolled oats
    1 cup unsweetened apple juice
    3 1/2-4 oz mixed fresh berries, plus extra, to serve
    1 None red apple, cored, chopped
    1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    2/3 cup golden raisins
    2 tbsp sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp honey, plus extra, to serve
Preparation
    Place oats and apple juice in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Add all other ingredients to mixture. Divide muesli among serving bowls. Top with extra berries and drizzle with extra honey.
