Tofu And Vegetable Satay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp sesame oil
12.5 oz firm tofu, patted dry, halved lengthwise, sliced
1 None red onion, cut into wedges
1 None red pepper, deseeded, cut into thin strips
1 handful green beans, cut diagonally into 2 inch pieces
1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup satay sauce
None None soaked rice noodles, to serve
Preparation

Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry tofu and onion for 2 mins. Add pepper, green beans, choy sum, satay sauce and 1/4 cup water. Cook for 2 mins. Serve immediately with rice noodles.
