Triple Chocolate Brownie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup butter, cubed
    7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 cup flour
    1 cup self-rising flour
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    4 oz white chocolate, chopped
    4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a parchment paper-lined 8 inch square baking pan. (Paper should extend over the sides for handles.)
    Place the butter, semi-sweet chocolate and sugar in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir until the chocolate melts. Cool for 10 mins.
    Sift combined flours and cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture; mix well. Stir in the eggs and white and milk chocolates. Spread in the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
    Bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
