Fettucine With Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 g fettuccine
    150 g sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 bunch basil, coarsely chopped
    20 g pine nuts
    100 g goat's cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Meanwhile, heat 4 tbsp reserved tomato oil in a pan and saute garlic and tomatoes for 2-3 mins. Add pasta along with pine nuts. Season and add basil. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with goat cheese.
