Figs With Goat Cheese And Prosciutto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None medium figs, quartered
    4.5 oz soft goat cheese
    12 None small fresh basil leaves
    3 thin slices prosciutto, cut into 12 pieces total
Preparation
    Top each fig quarter with 1/2 tbsp goat cheese, a basil leaf and a piece of prosciutto. Fold over 3 times and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a platter and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
