Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb potatoes, peeled, quartered
1/2 cup duck fat
1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves removed
None None flaked sea salt, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12-15 mins, until just tender. Drain.
Place duck fat in a baking dish. Heat in oven for 5-10 mins. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Roast for 30 mins. Turn over, sprinkle with rosemary and roast for another 20-25 mins, until golden and crisp. Season with flaked sea salt.
