Tomato And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp sunflower seeds
    4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    4 tbsp olive oil
    750 g green and red tomatoes, roughly chopped
    2 None red onions, halved and finely sliced
    2 None ripe avocados, peeled, stoned, diced and drizzled with lemon juice
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    100 g rocket
Preparation
    Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan, until they are just golden.
    For the dressing, mix the vinegar and sugar together and drizzle in the olive oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Toss with the tomatoes, avocado and arugula. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds to serve.
