Marbled Strawberry Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 x 15 oz package butter cake mix
    3 None large eggs
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    4.5 oz strawberries, washed, hulled, finely chopped
    None None Extra strawberries, halved, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper liners.
    Combine cake mix with eggs, butter and buttermilk; reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture.
    Combine cocoa and 1 tbsp just-boiled water in a small bowl. Add to main mixture, then stir in chopped strawberries.
    Spoon mixture into prepared cupcake liners. Spoon reserved yellow mixture on top and swirl using a skewer, creating a marbled effect.
    Bake 25-30 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the center of a cake comes out clean. Serve cupcakes topped with halved strawberries.
