Mustard, Horseradish And Thyme Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp prepared mustard
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp creamy horseradish sauce
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp white peppercorns, roughly crushed using a pestle and mortar
    4 sprigs thyme, leaves stripped from stems
    1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk the mustard, sugar and horseradish together with the vinegar and oil, then stir in the pepper and herbs.
    Use as a marinade for chicken, turkey, rabbit, pork or vegetables.
