Tangy Duck Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None shallots, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup grated palm sugar or brown sugar
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 small cucumber, diagonally sliced
    1 cup mint leaves
    1 cup cilantro leaves
    1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
    3 None kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
    1 None Chinese barbecued duck, sliced
    None None Sliced chili pepper, shredded green onion, lime wedges to serve
Preparation
    Combine the shallots, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and oil in a medium bowl. Set aside for 10 mins until the shallots become transparent.
    Combine the cucumber, herbs and kaffir lime leaves in a large bowl. Add the shallot mixture and toss well.
    Arrange the duck on a serving platter with the salad. Top with chili pepper and green onion. Accompany with lime wedges.
