Turkey Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 tbsp lime juice, to taste
    4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
    1 None red chili, cut into thin rings
    1-2 tsp brown sugar, to taste
    4 tbsp olive oil
    7 oz canned corn
    7 oz canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 cup baby arugula
    2/3 cup scallions, sliced
    4 oz turkey breast, cooked and cut into strips
    8 None taco shells
    8 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
    None None Lime slices, for garnish
Preparation
    For the sauce, combine in a bowl, the lime juice, vinegar, chili and sugar. Season with salt and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil.
    Toss together the sweet corn, kidney beans, arugula, scallions, and turkey. Spoon mixture into the taco shells and drizzle the sauce on top of each taco. Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with lime slices.
