Horseradish Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef sirloin steak
    1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp horseradish sauce
    1 head green leaf lettuce, trimmed, leaves separated
    1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 None avocado, thinly sliced
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high.
    Season both sides of beef with pepper. Spray with no.stick cooking spray. Cook for 4-5 mins each side for medium or until cooked to desire doneness.
    Transfer beef to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; let stand for 5 mins. Slice.
    Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp water and horseradish in a small bowl until combined.
    Divide lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, onion and beef among serving bowls. Drizzle with dressing; serve at once.
