Almond, Apple And Goji Berry Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups rolled oats
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup blanched almonds, halved
    2 oz dried apple, roughly chopped
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 oz dried goji berries
    1 cup wheat bran
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Place the oats, cinnamon, almonds and dried apple in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add the applesauce and maple syrup and stir well to coat.
    Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 mins, stirring every 10 mins.
    Remove from the oven and transfer to a clean baking sheet to cool. Stir in the dried goji berries and bran. Store in an airtight container.
