    1 tbsp smoked paprika
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp oil
    1 lb pork neck, cubed
    1 None onion, chopped
2 None large potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 None cinnamon stick
    1 None bay leaf
1 (14 oz) can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
None None chopped flat parsley leaves, to serve
    1 cup couscous

Heat remaining oil in same pan. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes. Add potato, tomatoes, stock, cinnamon and bay leaf. Stir pork through.
