Oregano Chicken With Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 None baby romaine lettuce, trimmed and coarsely chopped
    3 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 small cucumber, coarsely chopped
    1/2 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
    4 oz feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Combine the chicken, lemon juice, oil, oregano and garlic in a large bowl and season. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Meanwhile, for the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Season.
    Cook the chicken on a heated, oiled grill pan (or on the grill) until cooked through. Slice the chicken thickly.
    Combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and feta in large bowl. Divide the salad among plates. Top with chicken and drizzle with dressing.
