Baked Ricotta With Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 None medium eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 lb ricotta cheese
1 None orange, juiced
None None flour, for dusting

Preparation

Cream the eggs and sugar together with the ricotta. Stir the orange juice into the mixture. Grease four ramekins and dust them with flour. Spoon in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0F for about 30 mins. Serve hot or warm.
