Waldorf Salad With Clementines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None small onion, peeled and finely diced
    8.75 oz full-fat natural yogurt
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 None medium apples, cored and julienned
    14 oz celery, cut into thin sticks
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    6 None clementines, juice of 2, 4 peeled and divided into segments
    1.75 oz walnuts, roughly chopped
    None None Flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the onion, yogurt and mayonnaise and season to taste.
    In a separate bowl, mix the apples, celery, lemon juice and clementine segments and juice. Fold in the yogurt dressing and walnuts. Garnish with parsley.
