Melting Witches' Hats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 None mini wafer ice cream cones
6.5 oz dark chocolate, melted
2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
14 None chocolate Digestives (English biscuits)
14 None licorice laces, for ribbons
Preparation

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Dip the outside of each mini ice cream cone in chocolate to coat, allowing excess to drip off. Place, pointed side up, on tray and allow to set.
Fill each cone with ice cream, pressing down as you go. Dip the rim of each cone in melted chocolate then place each on a biscuit, chocolate side up. Wrap a licorice lace around the base of each cone and tie loosely to create ribbon. Freeze until ready to serve.
