Bolognese And Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 None egg, at room temperature
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
    1 cup bolognese sauce
    2/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Whisk egg, milk and butter then gently fold in. Add bolognese and 1/2 the cheese. Mix until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
