Banh Mi Hotdog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None pork sausages
    1 large carrot, peeled and grated
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    2 None green onions, shredded
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1 None baguette, cut into 4, split lengthwise
    None None Sweet chili sauce, fried onions, to serve
Preparation
    Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the sausages for 8-10 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through.
    Toss the carrot, cilantro, onions, lime juice, fish sauce and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
    Fill each baguette with the carrot mixture and a sausage. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with fried onions to serve.
