Bolognese Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None whole wheat pitas
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    8.75 oz shredded pizza cheese
    2 cups bolognese sauce
    5.25 oz button mushrooms, sliced
    1 None small yellow bell pepper, quartered, seeds and membranes discarded, cut into small stars
    1 None small red bell pepper, quartered, seeds and membranes discarded, cut into small stars
    1/4 cup small basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven 425\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Place pitas on trays.
    Spread tomato paste over pitas. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese. Spread bolognese over pizzas. Arrange mushrooms, peppers and remaining cheese over top. Bake for 10 mins, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve topped with basil.
