Mexicali Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 oz taco seasoning mix
    1 None long red chili, deseeded, chopped
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    4 None burger buns, toasted
    4 tbsp tomato salsa
    1 cup baby arugula
Preparation
    For the burgers, combine ground beef, onion, taco seasoning and chili. Shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 4-5 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
    Meanwhile, for the avocado spread, combine avocado, sour cream and cilantro. Season. Spread over bottom buns. Top with a burger, salsa and arugula. Sandwich together with top buns. Serve.
