Tandoori Chicken Naan - cooking recipe

7 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp tandoori paste
4 None naan bread
2/3 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed
1/3 cup grilled red pepper slices
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
2 tsp olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place a rack over a foil-lined baking pan.
Combine chicken, yogurt and tandoori paste in medium bowl. Mix well.
Place naan on rack. Spoon chicken mixture evenly on naan. Top with chickpeas and pepper.
Toss broccolini with oil. Arrange on naan. Season to taste.
Bake 15-20 mins, until crisp and chicken is cooked through.
