Garlic Pizza Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp sugar
    1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine sugar, yeast and 1 cup warm water in a small bowl. Let stand in a warm place for 10 mins, or until frothy.
    Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Add yeast mixture; mix to a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface for 10 mins, or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a large, oiled bowl; cover. Let stand in a warm place for 1 hour, or until dough has doubled in size.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking or pizza pans.
    Divide dough in half. Roll each portion into a 12-inch round and place on prepared pans. Brush with combined oil and garlic; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 20 mins, or until browned and crisp. Cut each pizza into 16 wedges.
