Honey Pork With Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz) pork chops
    6 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp sherry
    None None sauteed sweet potatoes and sugar snap peas, to serve
Preparation
    Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce and sherry. Pour over pork chops and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 20 mins - 1 hour at room temperature.
    Preheat broiler. Place pork on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil for 10 mins, turning once, until cooked to your liking and starting to char slightly around edges. Serve with sauteed sweet potatoes and sugar snap peas.
