Garlicky Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb red potatoes, halved, a crosshatch pattern cut into sides
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary, plus extra sprig for garnish
    1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Toss all ingredients together. Season. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down, and roast for 20 mins, or until tender. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
