Spring Rain Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz bean thread vermicelli noodles
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb ground pork
    1 cup chicken stock
    2 tbsp chili bean sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    None None Cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Place noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Let stand for 15 mins. Drain.
    Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry 4 of the green onions and garlic 1 min. Add ground pork and stir-fry 6 mins, until cooked through
    Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 mins. Add noodles and mix well.
    Serve topped with remaining green onions and cilantro leaves.
