Tandoori Lamb With Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None lamb chops, trimmed
    6 oz jar tandoori marinade
    12 None prepared papadums
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 None cucumber, finely chopped
    None None cooked rice, to serve
    None None salad, to serve
    None None mango chutney, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat grill pan or barbecue to high. Brush each lamb chop liberally with tandoori marinade. Cook 1-2 mins each side, or as desired. Place pappadums on grill briefly, to heat.
    Meanwhile, for the sauce, combine yogurt and cucumber. Serve lamb chops with papadums, rice, salad and chutney.
