Chickpea And Walnut Salad With Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas (garbanzos), rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
    1 cup pitted green olives, chopped coarsely
    4 None green onions, sliced thinly
    2 None fresh long green chili peppers, thinly sliced
    1 medium red pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    For the dressing, whisk oil and lemon juice in medium bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
