Lamb Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    9 oz ground lamb
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 1/2 cups chicken stock
    1 cup basmati rice
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 None carrots, grated
    1 None tomato, chopped
    None None Plain yogurt, cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion and garlic 4-5 mins, stirring often, until golden.
    Increase heat to high. Brown ground lamb 4-5 mins, breaking up lumps. Stir in honey and spices; cook 1 min.
    Add stock, rice and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, covered, 10-12 mins, until liquid is almost absorbed.
    Stir in carrots. Cover and let stand for 5 mins. Serve topped with tomato, yogurt and cilantro.
